Amanda is a paralegal at the Dodson Law Firm. She handles client intake as well as general administration. Amanda earned her Bachelor’s in Sociology and Spanish from Hollins University in 2012. She earned her Master’s in Sociology from George Mason University in 2014. Recently, Amanda completed the Rice University Glasscock School of Continuing Studies Paralegal Certificate program in early 2023. Amanda has a diverse work history ranging from retail sales with a few well-known brands to field research with the National Police Foundation. She also has a heart for community service and outreach demonstrated in her experiences with a sexual assault hotline for her graduate university and participating in a long-standing service project in Lucea, Jamaica as an undergrad. Amanda is a lover of coffee and an avid reader. Her hobbies include indoor gardening and knitting. She is an animal lover and has a pet rabbit and a family dog.
